# How To Add Individual Messages

## Adding a personalised message to your WellBox gift is simple and can be done during the setup process. This guide walks you through how to include a letter or note with your order. You’ll also learn how to repeat the process for multiple recipients, ensuring each gift includes a tailored message.

If you would like to include a personalised message with your gift, you can easily do this during the gift send process.

After accessing your gift send from your order confirmation, select **“Send by Courier To An Address.”** Begin by entering the recipient’s delivery details in the address fields provided.

Once the address has been completed, scroll down to the drop-down menu labelled **“Gift Notes & Postcards.”**

From here, select **“Include a letter with the following message.”** This will open a text field where you can enter your personalised message to be included with the gift.
