Payment Options for Orders
Customers can place orders directly through their account, as well as via our website. Ordering through your account is faster and avoids re-entering details at checkout.
We offer four payment methods. For most customers, we recommend using an account balance.
1. Account Balance (Recommended)
Add funds to your account and use them to pay for orders instantly.
This is the simplest and fastest option, especially for teams or frequent sending.
Benefits:
- No delays waiting for payment processing
- Ideal for multiple users or ongoing campaigns
- Speeds up dispatch and fulfilment
How to top up:
- Tell us how much you would like to add
- We will issue an invoice for payment via BACS or card
Once funds are added, they can be used by you or your team.
2. Credit or Debit Card
Pay instantly using a credit or debit card at checkout.
Best for one-off or urgent orders where immediate payment is needed.
3. BACS (Bank Transfer)
When you place an order, we generate a pro-forma invoice for payment via BACS.
You can still:
- Complete your gift send immediately
- Generate redemption links for recipients
- Upload delivery addresses
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received.
4. Credit Account
For customers spending over £10,000 per year, we may offer a credit facility. Approval is subject to checks and underwriting.
If you have a credit account:
- Select this option at checkout
- Payment will be invoiced according to your agreed terms
