I received a gift but don't know who sent it

For GDPR reasons, we can't share the sender's details directly with recipients. However, if you get in touch with our team, we can pass a message to the sender letting them know their recipient is trying to identify them, and the sender can then choose to introduce themselves.

If you've received a gift and there's no sender information included, we're here to help - but there are limits to what we can share.

Why we can't tell you who sent it

Under GDPR, we can't disclose a sender's personal information (including their name or company) to a recipient without their permission. This protects everyone who uses our service, including you when you receive gifts.

What we can do

If you get in touch with our team, we can reach out to the sender on your behalf and let them know that their recipient is asking. The sender can then choose to identify themselves to you directly.

How to contact us

To request this, please get in touch with our team with any details you have about the gift (delivery date, what was in the box, where it was delivered) and we'll do our best to match it to the sender.
