Easily check if your parcel has arrived by tracking deliveries from your account. The tracking feature lets you see the current status of your sent gifts and provides direct access to detailed delivery information.
Go to Delivery in your account menu.
Step 1: Go to Delivery in your account menu.
Step 2: Select Tracking Links to view your recent gift sends.
After clicking Delivery Tracking Links, you'll see a full list of your recent gift sends and all recipients.
Step 3: You'll see each recipient listed here. Click the tracking number for the gift you want to track.
Step 4: A new tab opens with the Royal Mail tracking page. Enter the recipient's postcode to access detailed delivery updates.
